Job Description
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain seamless workflows.
- Monitor safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
- Assist in resolving any on-site challenges or delays promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Ensure equipment and materials are available and used efficiently on-site.
- Support the Superintendent in managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent - Large Scale Commercial Construction should have :
Proven experience in commercial construction projects, particularly in on-site supervision.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects effectively.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly.Familiarity with construction management software and tools.A degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.What's on Offer
