We are currently hiring a FT, Sr. Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst, in Boston .
The primary function of the Senior Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst, is to champion the customer. The Analyst manages the customer shipment plan by maintaining effective replenishment plans, optimizing truckload efficiencies, and driving continuous improvements within the order generation process. The Sr. CPFR Analyst, Replenishment provides regular and ad hoc analysis, supports the standard work for the use and optimization of internal software, and is responsible for maintaining optimal replenishment settings for customers by partnering with supply chain planning teams and customer service. This role is critical to ensuring an accurate and efficient VMI replenishment process to the wholesalers, while delivering wholesalers with shipment plans that achieve desired inventory targets, high service levels, minimal obsolescence, and full truckload utilization that is demand driven.

What You'll Brew :
Utilize internal software to manage customer replenishment plans and order creation process for assigned regions and drive accountability for customer service and truckload efficiencyMonitor, escalate, and resolve / repair shipment risks (stuck shipments, late orders, etc.), potential service level impacts, and continuous improvement opportunities as well as orphan & SAP data issues related to planning parameters driving VMI logicPartner with BBC Demand Planning and BBC Sales to support monthly BBC S&OP and facilitate external S&OP discussions with strategic customersResponsible for developing tools and processes to measure TLO performance, identify critical exceptions, and reconcile depletion vs shipment variances.Provides advanced root cause analysis and issue resolution, complex problem solving, and strategic and critical thinking that drives TLO optimization and continuous improvementProvide focused attention on network plan that ensures on-time and in full delivery from BBC shipping locations to SKU at wholesaler granularityEnsure replenishment settings, inventory parameters, and wholesalers' active product assortment align with company policies for desired stocking levels and service level targetsKPI accountability to support operating performance in the following areas :

Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years broad-based supply chain / inventory / replenishment planning experience in a CPG, VMI, or allocations operating environmentStrong analytical abilities with an ability to manipulate large data sets a must; Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills a mustStrong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessaryHigh sense of urgency and commitment to task with a strong sense of accountabilityDetail and action-oriented self-starter who is flexible to work in an exciting and ever-evolving businessPreferred Qualifications :

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $73,000 and $133,300. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
