AGRILAND FS, a financially strong farmer-owned cooperative, is looking for a leader in operations, with a strong mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills and experience mentoring others. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this person will work closely with the location manager to lead the operations team with knowledge of operating a variety of equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Schedules, leads and performs preventative maintenance projects with team members
- Schedules product delivery and oversees product application
- Assist with application and delivery of agronomy products
- Maintains shop tools and facilities
- Assist with the recruiting operational personnel
- Assist with the training of team members
