Responsibilities

  • Search Optimization : Enhance and maintain search functionality across digital platforms using Coveo or similar tools ensuring relevance and accuracy of search results
  • Data Analysis : Analyze search performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Implementation : Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement search solutions that improve content discoverability and user experience
  • Integration : Design and implement integration solutions with third party systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitor and optimize search indexing and performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for search processes tools and best practices
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in search and continuously improve search infrastructure and processes
  • Learning and Development : For candidates without Coveo experience demonstrate eagerness to learn Coveo and deliver high quality search solutions

    • Qualifications

  • Education : bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering or a related field
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in search technologies and data analytics with at least 3 years in using Coveo or similar tools

    • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in search technologies such as Coveo Elasticsearch Solr or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience with integration and API development
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages Python Bash etc
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
