Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Braze for building campaigns and user journeys with dynamic segmentation
Ensure deliverability and compliance by monitoring sender reputation and maintaining high standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with user journeys and data flows
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience with hands-on CRM expertise
Solid understanding of email deliverability and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
Strong analytical mindset to extract insights from data for marketing optimizations
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-product)
Familiarity with HTML for email and / or basic SQL is a plus
