A company is looking for a Director, Channel & Partner Sales Operations & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning for partner and channel sales, aligning with corporate growth objectives
Own core operating cadences for Partner GTM QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance governance
Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analyses to inform GTM strategy and partner engagement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or cloud company
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including Resell, CSP, ISV, GSI, and Hyperscaler alliances
Strong analytical and financial acumen to translate insights into operational decisions
Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and GTM planning systems
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence at all levels of the organization
