Systems Engineer - Underwriting

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer - Underwriting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems related to supported applications

Conduct software analysis including requirements gathering and design

Implement and document source code based on design specifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience

3 years of experience in software, hardware, and / or systems engineering

Preferred : ITIL Foundations v3 certification (to be obtained within 180 days of starting)

Familiarity with underwriting rating systems and related business processes

Experience with system engineering tools and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, .NET Framework, Python)
