Job Overview

This is a part-time role focused on supporting morning classroom routines, engaging children in activities, and helping teachers create a safe and positive environment. ABA therapy experience is preferred, as it allows us to better serve children with specialized needs.

Daily Duties

  • Greet children and help them settle into their day.
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities and supervision.
  • Provide nurturing, individualized care to children.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth.
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and parents.

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified).
  • ABA therapy experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and patience.
  • Must complete TB test, physical, and background check.
