Operations Associate - Account Transfers & Security Processing

This position is responsible for processing account transfers into and out of D.A. Davidson and processing physical securities. This role requires flexibility, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. The qualified applicant will be capable of working independently and as a team member.

Qualifications :

• General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proactively work with both branches and transfer agents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Must be able to communicate in a clear and service-oriented manner using appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information
• Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients
• Must have the ability to interact with others in a professional manner in order to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
