Your Mission
Oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity and minimizing the costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment, as well as the regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Drive quality control initiatives and ensure delivery
Working with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
