Position Summary :

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team. As an SLP, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help our residents regain their communication skills and overall functionality to improve their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing impairments.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and therapy goals.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support optimal outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, professional standards, and facility policies.

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered with strong clinical skills.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
