Job Description :

T he Occupational Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides occupational therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting or in the home / community and as prescribed by the referring physician.

Required Qualifications

Education / Certification :

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent from accredited university
• Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of  Texas (Texas by the Executive Council of Physical and Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners)
• Must be in possession of a current state license on or before the first day of employment (unless otherwise agreed upon and written in contract).
• CPR / First Aid certification
