Position Title : HR Specialist (Bi-lingual Spanish)

Position Summary :
- The Data Management Specialist supports Workday and / or SAP processes that include employee record management, updating the databases, reporting, quality measurements, and monitoring upstream / downstream integrations. In this role you will work with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with the global operating model and ensuring compliance and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and support key HR processes in Workday / SAP system (employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, process accuracy, data quality, documentation management)Handle HR documentationAdminister data quality reports and act on errors' correctionActively looking for continuous improvement ideas and running some of the initiatives towards process improvements and automationKeep process documentation up-to-dateTake accountability for compliance with defined HR processes and relevant our organization policiesCooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other) to constantly improve the service quality and efficiencyDeliver system and process training to new joinersRespond to internal our organization stakeholders (BHR / Talent Acquisition / Total Rewards) regarding questions or issues they have raised around Workday processing data and / or HR reportingCooperate actively and closely with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for outstanding service delivery.Qualification & Experience :
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking, written skills required.Solid knowledge and expertise of HR systems - Workday and / or SAP is a must3 years of experience in HR environmentBachelor degree required. Strong preference with a concentration in HR areaTechnical expertise on HR processes and understanding process dependenciesStrong written and oral communication skills, in English, and other languages as requiredCustomer orientation and ability to adapt to the changing environment quicklyAbility to prioritize multiple requestsContinuous improvement mindsetExperience in project management considered as an asset
