This role and department drive nearly 25% of our Auto Group monthly sales through expert selection, education, and connection. With the support of a talented team and plenty of resources, you'll find endless opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities :

• Review daily service schedule to identify upgrade eligibility.
• Welcome all Service Clients, and provide trade-in and incentive info.
• Connect interested customers with sales personnel.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering prompt, respectful service.

Requirements :

In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.
