LPN (PRN)

Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN)

Location : Middleton, WI

Duration : 26 weeks.

Shift : DAYS / NIGHTS- 12HR : PRN SHIFTS 7-7

Need solid Psych LPNs.

About the Hospital : 72 beds

• 3-4 units open at any time
• Combination of adult and adolescent patients, must float as needed
• Freestanding psych facility- no security
• Codes are responded to by staff
• Requires 3 years of current psych hospital experience.
• CPI Preferred- if not, will do onsite.
• Orientation is 2 classroom days, 2 floor days if CPI certified If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days
• 1 : 20 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have MT help, but not always.
• Navy Scrubs
• Exemptions Allowed : Yes, COVID and Flu exemptions allowed Medical or Religious
