You will deliver direct patient care by using the nursing process and follow the highest standards of practice.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Assess and determine patient care needs\n
• Establish goals and implement nursing interventions\n
• Create individualized nursing care plans\n
• Evaluate patient care outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary\n
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed\n
• Provide education to patients and families regarding care and health conditions\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of care provided\n\nRequired Skills : \n
• Strong critical thinking abilities\n
• Decisive judgement and ability to work independently\n
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire\n
