Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Grafton, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Experience : 2 years of ER experience
• First-time traveler : Yes
• Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• TNCC (preferred)
• Epic experience required
• Floating : None
• Shift : 12hr Night Shift (36)
• Shift Information : 1900-0700
• Weekend rotation : every other
• 3-4 block shifts with every 4th weekend
• Holiday Expectations : 1 summer and 1 winter
• Skills required : PIV starts, cardiac rhythm interpretation, cardiac gtt, vasopressors, TPA administration (preferred)
• Can approve time off : 7 days
• Call, not required
