About The Role
As a Senior Manager - Affiliate & Influencer, you’ll be part of a growing unit within an established global marketing agency. You will step into an immediate client-facing role with a large room for growth. Core responsibilities include management of clients' affiliate programs, influencer activations, publisher development, and client deliverables. This role is expected to eventually evolve into a player-coach position, with approximately 15-20% of time dedicated to managing dotted-line reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow programs as the main point of contact for affiliate and influencer marketing for 2-3 clients
- Publisher development, ensuring our clients are working with the best-in-class affiliate partners
- Work closely with coupon sites, content and top-of-funnel affiliate publishers to provide affiliate presence in all parts of the marketing funnel
- Weekly reporting / client calls to communicate performance metrics and strategy
- Analyzing and reporting on existing affiliate programs
- Projecting yearly / quarterly / monthly affiliate budget with support from the senior team
- Work with the integrated media teams to determine the best use of budget allocation, audience targeting and creative analyses
- Execution of quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that review performance, insights and strategic opportunities with guidance from the affiliate account lead
About You
The essentials
3-4 years of direct affiliate experience (agency or network preferred)Proven strategy of digital marketing platforms that coincide with affiliate (Partnerize, Impact Radius, Commission Junction, Rakuten and Google Analytics)Successful management of large budgets ($100k+ / month) across affiliate and influencerHave worked in a client-facing role with the ability to work autonomouslyExperience with influencer marketing, content publishers and creatorsG- Suite proficiency; most importantly Docs, Sheets & SlidesExceptional communication skills & interpersonal skillsNot a Must, But a Plus
