Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role :
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services for elementary students (K5) in Minnesota. This role is covering a maternity leave and may involve working with one or two school sites . The position includes a combination of direct and indirect services , evaluations, IEP support, and collaboration with school teams to help students meet their communication and academic goals.
Responsibilities :
Provide virtual direct therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 60 elementary students
Deliver indirect services , including consultation with teachers, families, and support staff
Conduct speech and language evaluations and progress monitoring
Participate in IEP meetings and team meetings, contributing recommendations and documentation
Write progress reports and maintain accurate records according to Minnesota state and district requirements
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Minnesota SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred but not required)
School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary-aged students
Familiarity with IEP development, evaluations, and progress reporting
Strong virtual therapy skills and experience using teletherapy platforms
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
What to Expect :
Full-time : 37.5 hours / week
Elementary caseload (K5), 60 students, possibly across 12 sites
Combination of direct and indirect services, evaluations, IEP support, and documentation
Fully remote role for the remainder of the semester (Oct.Jan.)
