WinnCompanies is looking for two Maintenance Apprentices to join our teams at our portfolio of market and affordable housing properties at the two locations listed below in the Northern MA area . Please note that the pay range for the openings below is $21.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience level.

Properties are :

• Preserve North Residences (Peabody, MA)
• Mystic Place (Medford, MA)

This 12-month career development program combines on-the-job training with expert instruction from WinnCompanies. Participants gain experience as full-time maintenance apprentices along with the following :
