- What You’ll Do Lead & Develop Team Build, coach, hold accountable a high-performing field crew Own training, performance reviews Create a culture of safety, excellence, and ownership Technical Oversight & Field Escalation Serve as go-to expert for drain, sewer, trenchless tech, piping, etc.
- Jump in on complex jobs, troubleshoot in the field Enforce SOPs, safety protocols, quality standards Estimating & Sales Support Inspect job sites, scope work, build accurate estimates Review and correct technician estimates for margin and value Train techs in upselling / add-on opportunities aligned with customer needs Operational Execution Monitor KPIs (ticket size, conversion %, callbacks, utilization) Ensure equipment, tools, vehicle fleet are in top shape Customer Experience & Escalations Audit jobs post-completion to ensure quality & delight Drive consistency of brand experience across every job Financial & Strategic Responsibility Recommend pricing updates, cost controls, margin improvement strategies Forecast resource needs and justify investments Who You Are / What You Bring Deep technical experience in drain / plumbing / sewer services (5+ years minimum) Prior leadership or management experience (field team supervision) Competent in reading plans, diagnostics, scopes, etc.
- Strong communicator—can lead techs and interface with customers Organized, process-minded, metrics-driven Valid driver’s license + solid driving record Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive on-target earnings of $85,000–$120,000 , incorporating performance-based bonuses tied to team results, profitability, and growth.
