Federal court licensure and appellate experience are a plus, but not required. $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year (or percentage of settled cases), depending on experience This is a full-time position with pay commensurate with experience. Licensed in Texas, Florida, or New York (Texas strongly preferred). 3–5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law. Demonstrated success in motor vehicle accident and 18-wheeler litigation . Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. About Bush & Bush Law Group : At Bush & Bush Law Group, we are relentless advocates for the injured. Our practice focuses on 18-wheeler trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and complex personal injury litigation . We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced trial attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about fighting for clients’ rights.
Key Responsibilities :
As a senior litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include :
- Manage a heavy litigation docket with an emphasis on trucking and MVA cases.
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials .
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
- Develop legal strategies and oversee cases from intake to resolution.
- Work collaboratively with paralegals, litigation support, and other attorneys.
