Head of Supply Chain - Summary
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across U.S. and international manufacturing sites and CMOs.
- Oversee procurement, planning, logistics, and S&OP processes; report directly to the CEO.
- Manage 4 direct and 4 indirect reports; key member of the senior leadership team.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategy, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, optimize inventory, and support working capital goals.
- Guide make / buy decisions and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and distribution standards.
- Build and lead high-performing global teams focused on operational excellence and cost optimization.
