Maintenance Technician Recruiting Administrator

Position Summary

Waste Connections is seeking a proactive and highly organized Maintenance Technician Recruiting Administrator to support both recruiting and administrative functions tied to our Maintenance Tech hiring efforts and WyoTech partnership. This role combines hands-on recruiting activities, with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting students with career opportunities. Quarterly travel to Wyoming for job fairs and recruiting events is required. This is an on-site position based in The Woodlands, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach & Engagement

Conduct outreach to candidates and students via phone, email, and other platforms

Attend and represent the company at 4 annual career fairs

Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
