In this highly visible and trusted role, you'll be the front line in triaging sensitive issues, helping safeguard the company's compliance, and supporting both employees and legal counsel. What You'll Do

• Receive, log, and triage all complaints, including sensitive reports of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
• Lead fair and neutral preliminary interviews to collect key information without offering legal advice.
• Route each matter to the appropriate internal department (e.g., Payroll, Benefits) or escalate to Employment Counsel as needed.
• Maintain a detailed and centralized intake log, provide timely follow-ups, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist in developing and refining standardized investigation workflows, templates, and intake forms.
• Help coordinate litigation holds and track ongoing investigations or matters.
• Serve as a confidential liaison between the legal department and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, discreet, and professional communication every step of the way.
