Base pay range : $91,000.00 / yr - $147,200.00 / yr

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Contracts Specialist, Abiomed to join our Global Legal Organization located in Danvers, MA, New Brunswick, NJ, Raritan, NJ, or Cincinnati, OH. Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements such as Supply Chain Agreements (Master Supply Agreements) and Capital Contracting (Service Agreements, Rental Agreements, and Evaluation Agreements).
• Identify terms that vary from company standards to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance, recommend appropriate modifications, and engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and updating templates for such agreements to reflect current laws, industry codes, and company policies and objectives.
• Support the long-term development of the legal function through process improvement and establishment of best practices for all aspects of legal functions.
• Work closely under supervision of Manager – Contracts & Legal Operations, and exercise independent judgement in escalating issues in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Coach Contracts Specialist to develop skills and expertise.
