A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage facility, provider, and member inquiries, appeals, and balance billing
Review and resolve balance bills and appeals through negotiations with providers
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain clear documentation of claims
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma; BA / BS preferred
Two or more years of experience in a medical healthcare claims role
Background in healthcare claims management, including provider billing and claims adjudication
Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volume
