Your Daily Impact
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be a key part of our team as the one responsible for making a positive first impression and securing new accounts.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Promote and sell TruConnect telecom services to potential customers, tailoring offers to their specific needs.
Guide customers through the enrollment process for new telecom accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers, addressing any questions or concerns they might have.
Follow up with new accounts to ensure a seamless transition and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to help hit company targets and boost enrollment numbers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment data.
Attend team meetings and trainings with fellow Customer Success Representatives to stay on top of product knowledge and best practices.
