Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for registration changes for non-residential program students
Analyze registration change requests and their impact on students' financial aid
Communicate the Leave of Absence (LOA) process and maintain coordination with program directors and deans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong Christian commitment in line with the institution's values
Experience in understanding academic and financial aid requirements
Ability to work independently
Organizational skills and accuracy in handling registration changes
