Urologist Opportunity in AL

A growing medical practice is seeking a Urologist to join their expanding team. You'll have access to advanced surgical technologies while providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

  • General Urology practice, able to support subspecialty focus
  • Resources include Da Vinci Si & Xi robotics
  • Dedicated support staff includes 2 LPNs, 1 RN, 1 CT / X-ray technician, and 2 MAs
  • Benefit from ownership interest in a lithotripsy unit, offering additional income potential
  • Receive family-friendly relocation support to help you transition smoothly

Schedule

  • Multiple days with blocked surgical time between the hospital and surgical center
  • Monday and Thursday blocks for robotic surgeries with room for more

    • Shared call schedule, estimated at 3-5 days per month

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary starting at $600,000 - $700,000, with a production bonus opportunity
  • Total earnings exceed $1,000,000

    • $1,200 call stipend for anything over 7 days

  • $200,000 Sign-on bonus , relocation assistance, and annual CME allowance
