About the Role : It is an exciting time at Prophia! We are building a new product from the ground up with generative AI at its core. With this new product we will be THE document intelligence platform for commercial real estate —built to scale high-volume lease work, streamline data access, and deliver results once only possible with human expertise.
As a Product Designer, you will partner closely with our Product Manager to design innovative solutions that make complex workflows in CRE feel intuitive and empowering. You will influence design systems, user research processes and product strategy.
Primary Responsibilities : Own end-to-end product design from initial research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and user testing
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Scientists to create solutions that address user needs and business goals
Design tools and workflows that scale with complexity, while maintaining simplicity and usability
Conduct user research, usability testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback and data
Help build and maintain a scalable design system and component library to ensure visual and interaction consistency
Champion a user-centric approach by conducting user research and leveraging product analytics to drive design decisions and continuously improve the product.
Help define and elevate design culture at Prophia as part of a small team
Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience as a Product or UX Designer - preferably in B2B SaaS
Expertise with tools within the UI and prototyping space including such as Figma (or equivalent)
Working knowledge of UX research methodologies with an ability to participate in sessions, connect with customers and synthesize results
Passionate about designing for AI - you may not be an expert, but you're excited to shape emerging patterns
Effective communication skills, ability to work well in a diverse team environment
Ability and eagerness to learn quickly and move independently; continuous learner on all things design, the CRE industry and AI
Has experience in a fast-paced startup (less than 100 employees) or ability to excel in a high impact, high ambiguity startup environment in a role that is ever evolving
Experience working on AI products is a major plus
Compensation for this role is comprised of an annual salary ranging between $110-130k as well as equity and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
