As an Assembly / Test Technician on our dynamic third shift team (11 PM - 7 AM) at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing advanced opto electronic products that power global networks. You'll collaborate closely with management, engineers, and fellow technicians in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment where adaptability is key. Your attention to detail and fine motor skills will directly contribute to improving manufacturing yields and throughput. Expect a vibrant work atmosphere that values open communication and teamwork, where you are encouraged to continuously learn and develop your skills. Including a 15% shift differential. Responsibilities

Assemble and test complex opto-electronic products with precision and attention to detail.

• Utilize fine motor skills to perform intricate assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpret and follow instructions of varying complexity to ensure quality output.
• Collaborate effectively with management and engineering teams to enhance manufacturing yields.
