JOB SUMMARY :
Join our DevRel team to enhance the development and success of developers, creators, and builders utilizing our 3rd party APIs by producing high-quality documentation and educational materials. We seek a prolific writer with a strong background in technical writing, particularly in a Fintech setting, ready to tackle the challenge of making complex technical concepts accessible and engaging. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring developers have the resources they need to succeed with our platform
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and educational materials for our 3rd party APIs.
- Work closely with Fintech developers to identify and respond to their informational needs.
- Design and implement information architecture for API documentation to enhance content management and discoverability.
- Consult with product and engineering teams to gather documentation requirements and ensure completeness of technical content.
- Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback on documentation written by team members, promoting continuous improvement.
