• Travel to Polk County, Florida Office : 711 N Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801 (at least once a week)

Type : Full-Time

Salary : $48,000 - $52,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Description : Overview :

Tampa Bay Academy of Hope's Promoting Abstinence Through Health and Self-Awareness (PATHS) Program is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight to our comprehensive sexual health and self-awareness education program. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the program's success through administrative coordination, personnel management, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide daily administrative leadership and oversight of the PATHS Program.

Supervise a team of Facilitators, Volunteer Recruiters, Outreach / Intake Recruiters, Program Assistant, and Volunteers.

Oversee the implementation of the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) curriculum.

Develop and execute strategies for recruiting youth participants and volunteer mentors.

Organize and facilitate mentor training sessions to prepare volunteers for their roles.

Manage partnerships with service providers and contractors, ensuring the fulfillment of program requirements and objectives.

Conduct regular reviews of student files and data to assess program outcomes.

Contribute to the oversight of program evaluation activities and reporting.

Actively engage in building and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

The Program Manager will contribute 100% of their time to program activities, focusing on the successful implementation and growth of the PATHS Program.
