We offer evidence-based treatment and services to children and adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a secure residential treatment facility setting. PRN Shifts : Day (5am - 5pm) or Night(5pm - 5am)

Facility Locations : 763 NORTH 1650 WEST, Springville AND 4501 N. University Ave, Provo, UT
