We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to oversee the daily operations of our surgical department. As a Surgical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency in our 27 operating rooms.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to excellence. They will lead a team of 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports, and collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.

This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Day Shift position. We offer a competitive compensation package, an annual incentive program, and a paid leadership time off structure. A $10,000 Sign-on Bonus is available for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

Our department consists of strong General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Robotics, and Vascular programs. We pride ourselves on our great team atmosphere and ample support.
