We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy, you're the right fit. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued members, providers, and agents, ensuring a high-quality experience in a dynamic environment.

salary : $18 - $19 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction : Serve as the initial contact for members, providers, agents, and field personnel via phone and email. You will answer a wide variety of inquiries where appropriate and route calls as needed.
• Data Management : Accurately perform data entry and update account information as required. Document, track, and communicate issues precisely to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Customer Service Strategies : Utilize core customer service skills such as active listening, expressing empathy, courtesy, politeness, and problem-solving to resolve issues.
