CNC Plasma Operator - 2nd Shift  $22 / Hour Mon - Thur 3 : 00 p.m. - 1 a.m.   (Overtime offered on Friday)

Job Summary :

The CNC Plasma Operator works from production orders, routings, blueprints, and process documentation to appropriately layout, fit, cut and form fabricated materials to create required parts / products. The operator also inspects parts for acceptable tolerances based on documentation, confirms the material in the MRP system, and delivers product to the next internal / external customer.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate CNC Plasma table Read, understand and comprehend basic blueprints and drawings
• Layout, fit, cut, and form materials using support tools such as production orders, standard work, blue prints, and other documents related to the
• Engineering / Customer specification Grinding, de burring, cleaning parts, cutting and removal of scraps
• Accurately enter data into the MRP (e.g. SAP) system and ensure that inventory is accurately stated
• Maintain stock control, pull items for orders, work in other departments, and complete other related duties as required to fulfill customer orders
• Safely operate fork trucks and cranes
