- Manage all phases of construction projects under Job Order Contracting (JOC) guidelines.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.\n
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.\n
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards.\n
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.\n
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.\n
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.\n

A successful Construction Project Manager should have : \n
