Supply Chain Analyst

Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Demand Planner / Supply Chain Analyst to join our Operations team. This role will support critical planning activities across forecast cycles, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will bring analytical depth, process discipline, and tool fluency to help strengthen our planning and SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the demand planning process and forecast cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Analyze historical sales trends, seasonality patterns, and promotional impact
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine and align forecasts
• Track forecast accuracy and support development of KPI dashboards and reporting
• Contribute to SIOP meetings and help document, track, and follow up on inputs and variances
• Maintain and optimize min / max levels and planning parameters within ERP / MRP systems
• Support initiatives around SKU rationalization, inventory health, and supply risk mitigation
• Assist in data modeling, forecasting scenarios, and capacity / supply analysis
