Position : Cook
Reports To : Kitchen Manager
Specific Duties :
- Ability to master any station in the kitchen.
- Able to create a prep list in order to prepare for following shifts.
- Able to describe and prep all items on the menu.
- Able to work un-supervised.
- Knows and understands company standards for food presentation.
- Knows and understands company menu and standard for food and preparation.
- Has a cooperative and positive work attitude.
- Understands and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Must work well and keep lines of communication open with all other employees and managers.
- Always arrives on time.
Pay Range : $12 - $14 / hour
