Job Opportunity : Locum Physician - Cardiology

This facility is at the forefront of providing comprehensive cardiac care and is currently seeking a dedicated and Board Certified General Cardiologist for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This position offers you the unique opportunity to practice in a supportive environment alongside skilled Advanced Practice Providers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide exemplary cardiology care during weekends, focusing on both inpatient and clinic call responsibilities.
• Engage in 24-hour inpatient care from 6am to 6am, with no clinic responsibilities during weekends.
• Collaborate closely with a team of three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Utilize Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Perform essential procedures including echocardiography, treadmill stress tests, and chemical stress tests. Ability to interpret diagnostic studies is required.
