💰 Pay : \$30–\$32 / hr

đź•’ Shifts Available :

  • Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Rotating Schedule)
  • Night Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (Rotating Schedule)

🔧 Your Role in the Production Powerhouse

Step into a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment where your mechanical expertise keeps the production lines humming. As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll be the go-to problem solver—handling machinery setups, repairs, and quality checks that ensure smooth operations and top-tier product output.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up and change over production line machinery.
  • Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and real-time adjustments to maximize uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.

    • 🧠 What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
  • Strong skills in machinery setup, general maintenance, and packaging line operations.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
  • Experience replacing motors and gearboxes.
  • Basic electrical knowledge (rewiring / unwiring motors is a plus).
  • Attention to detail in performing quality checks.

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00 / hr.
