A company is looking for a Title & Curative Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage title and curative processes for real estate transactions

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely document preparation and resolution of title issues

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the closing process

Required Qualifications

Experience in title and curative processes or related field

Knowledge of real estate transactions and title insurance

Proficiency in relevant software and technology

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate or related field is a plus
