Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary-aged students in a behavior-focused classroom setting. This position is located onsite in Gaffney, SC. The professional will work five days a week, Monday through Friday, following a daily schedule from 7 : 20 AM to 2 : 50 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to a caseload of six students.
• Collaborate closely with special education and general education teachers to support student progress.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral changes.
• Monitor and analyze student data to guide instructional decisions.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to staff members working within the behavior classroom.
