Job Summary :
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Prioritizes safety and efficiency in their work, adhering to industry standards and company best practices protocols. The role involves direct interaction with clients, providing exceptional service by addressing their needs promptly and professionally, and clearly communicating issues, repairs, and recommendations.
Responsibilities :
- Trade Skills : Demonstrates a solid understanding of the operating standards within their trade / license, enabling safe and effective troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of equipment / systems in a cost-efficient way. Recognizes when a task requires additional expertise or collaboration with other trades to complete.
- Client Servicing : Provides exceptional service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process. Communicates clearly with clients to understand their HVAC issues and provides installations recommendations.
- Service Reporting : Accurately enters all necessary information into the system in real time, ensuring comprehensive and timely service reports, including precise tracking of labor hours and parts / materials used.
- Safe Driving : Adheres to all applicable laws and company driving standards, consistently practicing defensive driving. Reports any issues or potential risks to leadership.
- Company Assets : Maintains company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory in an organized and well-kept condition. Ensures vehicles are stocked with the appropriate inventory in a cost-effective manner.
Requirements :
