Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with Caregiver policies and HIPAA requirements. Submit accurate and timely billing documentation, when applicable Support compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS, HHS IDD, etc.). Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities Provide telephone triage nursing support for assigned on-call shifts, including after-hours as needed

We are looking for a Registered Nurse in the Augusta, GA area

Position Summary :
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to individuals with developmental and / or intellectual disabilities (IDD), ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centered, and high-quality nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and Caregiver policies. The RN promotes health, safety, dignity, and quality of life for clients through care coordination, advocacy, education, and clinical oversight.
Essential Nursing Functions :
- Uphold principles of dignity, respect, and person-centered care in all interactions with individuals
