Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer SPC

Our client, a leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer SPC to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer SPC, you will be part of the manufacturing engineering team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer SPC

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range : $52-57 / hr

What's the Job?

Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.

Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends, and drive yield improvements.

Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.

Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.

Experience with optics, sensors, and / or electronic assemblies.

Strong background in product yield management and improvement.

Experience with creating detailed process documentation and change control.
