This role is a hybrid position in the Portland, OR area, with an annual salary of $80K-$90K, DOE. Our client offers competitive benefits including MDV, PTO, and a 401K!
Responsibilities :
- Lead complex and sensitive workplace investigations and ensure thorough, timely, and objective outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
- Collaborate with HR leadership to refine and implement employee relations strategies, programs, and policies
- Provide guidance and training to leaders on employee relations best practices and legal compliance
- Analyze ER trends and develop proactive solutions to foster a positive, high-performing work culture
Requirements :
3+ years of hands-on employee relations and investigations experience (required)Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and progressive disciplineExperience in a nonprofit or mission-based environment is a plus, but not requiredHigh emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and sound judgmentSomeone who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment and is excited about being part of a transformational HR teamSeniority level
