Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and executing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. These projects primarily involve metal carpentry and include restaurants, offices, assisted living facilities, and higher education institutions. You will manage 3-7 projects at a time, with a primary focus on office work but will also include site visits to assess project status. This role involves working from 7 AM to 5 / 6 PM, with only occasional Saturdays required.

Work Environment
You will work in a modern and up-to-date office equipped with brand-new technology. The office is shared with two other Project Managers, providing a collaborative environment. The lobby is spacious, featuring a display of our work and a company logo, with views of the millwork shop through glass doors. The office includes a kitchen with granite counters and several conference rooms. Dress code in the office is business casual, while on-site requires steel-toe boots and a hardhat. The work environment is team-oriented, with two departments : Carpentry and Millwork, including 14 office staff and over 40 field carpenters. You will have significant autonomy with support from the owner and other project engineers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50 / hr.
